It’s Process Improvement…I Am So Dumb

I have been doing some work lately on the latest sales buzzword, ‘Value Proposition’ what is ours, how do we get to a clear concise one? This would help our customers, prospects, employees and recruits.
In this thinking I spent a good chunk of time thinking about all of the work we do for the hundreds of clients we have today and finally it struck me. We help clients improve thier key processes. If we sell them a scanner we are speeding up a process, it we install software it is typically accelerating a process of some sort.
So, we improve processes, what are some of the processes we improve? Here are just a few off the top of my head.

- Accounts Payable
- Order Processing
- Technical Support
- Quality Management
- Purchasing
- Contituent Service (Your local Government)
