Where is the Money Going?

In these times of HUGE sums of money seemingly flying all over the place we as tax payers want to know, ‘Where is the Money Going?’
The State of Ohio (and I am sure many other states) are using the internet to communicate with citizens and organizations what is happening with stimulus and other spending.
Ohio actually describes it’s website as the virtual headquarters for information regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act — also known as the federal stimulus bill.
